Beach Bus
The Beach Bus is the bus that connects San Teodoro, Porto San Paolo and their main beaches such as: La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Puntaldia, Cala Brandinchi beach and the Porto Coda Cavallo area (with the neighboring beaches, such as Salina Bamba and Cala Suaraccia/Le Farfalle), Porto Taverna and the beach of Porto San Paolo, located next to the tourist port to reach Tavolara island.
Routes and Timetables
Four routes (linea) will be available in 2024.
Linea 1 runs only from 1st to 14th June and from 16th September to 30th September.
Linea 2, 3 and 4 will run from 15th June to 15th September.
Linea 4 will also be available until late in the evening, in order to allow you to take an evening walk in the city centers of San Teodoro or Porto San Paolo and enjoy their evening markets and events.

LINEA N° 1 runs from 1st to 14th June and from 16th to 30th September
This route connects the central area of San Teodoro with La Cinta beach, Puntaldia beach, Lu Impostu beach, Cala Brandinchi beach, Salina Bamba beach, Cala Suaraccia beach and with Lu Fraili, Puntaldia and Porto Coda Cavallo areas. It also allows those who stay in Porto Coda Cavallo to easily reach La Cinta beach and the center of San Teodoro. For those who stay near the bus stops in Lu Fraili, all the locations served by the Beach Bus will be comfortably reachable.

LINEA N° 2 runs from 15th June to 15th September
This route connects the central area of San Teodoro with La Cinta beach, Puntaldia beach, Lu Impostu beach and with Lu Fraili and Puntaldia areas. It also allows those who stay in Puntaldia and Lu Fraili to easily reach Lu Impostu beach, La Cinta beach and the center of San Teodoro. For those who stay near the bus stops in Lu Fraili, all the locations served by the Beach Bus will be comfortably reachable.

LINEA N° 3 runs from 15th June to 15th September
This route connects the central area of San Teodoro with La Cinta beach, Cala Brandinchi beach, Salina Bamba beach, Cala Suaraccia beach and with with Lu Fraili and Porto Coda Cavallo areas. It also allows those who stay in Porto Coda Cavallo and Lu Fraili to easily reach Lu Impostu beach, La Cinta beach and the center of San Teodoro. For those who stay near the bus stops in Lu Fraili, all the locations served by the Beach Bus will be comfortably reachable.
Most buses arriving in Porto Coda Cavallo connect with linea 4 (this is marked with “Coinc” on the timetable) in order to reach Porto Taverna and Porto San Paolo.

LINEA N° 4 runs from 15th June to 15th September
This route connects Porto San Paolo, the Campsite and the beach of Porto Taverna, Porto Coda Cavallo area (Cala Brandinchi, Salina Bamba and Cala Suaraccia), Montepetrosu, Lu Fraili, La Cinta beach and the center of San Teodoro (also the evening!).
Most buses arriving in Porto Coda Cavallo connect with linea 3 (this is marked with “Coinc” on the timetable) in order to reach San Teodoro center and La Cinta beach.

Bus stops
Bus stops are located near beaches, accommodation facilities, tourist villages and along the main streets of San Teodoro (mainly Via Sardegna, Via Gramsci, Via Nazionale) and Porto San Paolo. The stops can be also identified with horizontal and vertical signs. For any doubts do not hesitate to contact us or to check to the map below.

Fares, ticket packages and exemptions
The San Teodoro Beach Bus is the cheapest and most comfortable way to get around San Teodoro in complete freedom. Children under 6 (with an identification document and accompanied) travel free of charge, as well as small animals (muzzled and on a leash).
There are also ticket packages and daily tickets.

2024 Fares
1) Urban ticket -> valid only on stops between:
- “La Suaredda – Bar Cosi Boni” and “Spiaggia La Cinta” stops;
- “Porto San Paolo” and “Spiaggia Porto Taverna” stops;
- “Montepetrosu” and “Porto Taverna” or “Porto Coda Cavallo” stops.
The urban ticket can therefore only be used by someone who:
- is located in the central area of San Teodoro (which includes stops from “La Suaredda” to “Centro • Via Sassari”) and wants to reach La Cinta beach;
- is located in Porto San Paolo and wants to reach Porto Taverna beach or Vaccileddi or Montepetrosu;
- is located in Montepetrosu and wants to reach Porto Taverna beach or Porto Coda Cavallo.
- In all other cases and stops only the extra-urban ticket is valid.
- Urban single journey ticket = € 3,00
- Urban return ticket = € 5,00
- 8 urban single journey tickets = € 15,00 (each ticket package is personal therefore cannot be used by more than one person).
2) Extra-urban ticket -> valid on all stops and routes. It lasts 60 minutes and within its duration it can be used to change bus and take advantage of the scheduled connections.
- Extra-urban single journey ticket = € 5,00
- Extra-urban return ticket = € 8,00
- 8 extra-urban single journey tickets= € 25,00 (each ticket package is personal therefore cannot be used by more than one person).
3) Daily ticket -> valid all day on the day of validation on all stops and routes, unlimited journeys = € 15,00

Exemptions
- Children < 6 years old (up to but not including) free;
- Small pets free, if muzzled and on a leash.
